oke langsung saja kita bahas.
misal kita mempunyai suatu data sebagai berikut :
affanet sukses
affanet jaya
affanet budiman
affanet senyum
affanet gaul
diantara deretan tulisan kata tersebut diantaranya tolong diberi karakter tanda *
jadinya begini dan seterusnya : affanet*sukses
Pertama yang perlu disiapkan :
- Notepad++ bisa di download disini
- Microsofot Excel pasti semua dah punya
- Copy semua data ke notepad++
- Copy data dari notepad++ pindah ke excel maka akan terbentuk 2 kolom per garisnya, pada kolom karakter terakhir blok terus pindah ke kolom sebelah kanannya, jadi ada 3 kolom tiap barisnya, pada bagian tengahnya kosong ini nanti sebagai tempat karakter yang mau di berikan.
- Copy semua yg dari excel yg sudah tertata tadi dengan catatan tengah kosong atau sebagai spasi
- Paste data dari excel tadi, maka akan menjadi ada spasi di tengah kata2 pergarisnya.
- Blok salah satu baris yg spasinya itu saja, terus tombol CTRL F fungsinya untuk mereplace spasi tadi menjadi karakter yg mau anda buat. pilih pada menu Replace pada bagian Replace with isi dengan karakter yg mau dimasukan terus cari tombol Replace All. tata maka antara kata yg sebelumnya spasi akan menjadi karakter yg dimaksud.
- Terkadang gagal maka untuk awal bukak di notepad biasa bawaan windows dl untuk mengimport ke excelnya.
jika 1 halaman atau ribuan deret masak harus di edit satu2 capek juga dan melelahkan memakan waktu.
